All our staff are employed and trained by us to undertake your flooring projects. From laying Strip Floor, to traditional Parquet Block and intricate Versailles Panels. As well as laying the latest additions to our engineered range of modern flooring. Our experienced craftsmen will share the benefit of their experience to ensure your new floor will be a lasting treasure.
Associated services
We are experienced in removing existing floor coverings, leveling sub floors and laying over a variety of surfaces. This includes working with underfloor heating.
We can supply materials and accessories needed to complete your flooring vision.
We are able to supply and fit a broad range of skirting boards in various mouldings. These include pencil rounded, chamfered, torus and ogee. Most of these are available in hardwood, softwood and mdf. All can be painted to a primer finish, and all come in a range of sizes to best suit your home.
We also have a range of thresholds, trims and scotia’s that can be colour matched to your new flooring or painted to suit your home and their environment.

Underlay
Underlay plays an important role during the installation of new solid wood flooring. Whether we decide to nail down or float your flooring, an underlay offers a range of benefits during and after installation.
Underlay not only acts as a cushion for the flooring but it also provides a vapour barrier and a Dpm ( damp proof membrane ). This prevents moisture penetrating the wood from the back of the boards.
An underlayment is therefore necessary for multiple reasons. Floating floors will expand and contract, moving ever so slightly as a whole unit. The smooth surface of the underlay allows the flooring on top of it to move slightly during seasonal humidity changes. Underlays are also are used under floating floors to act as a cushion, allowing for a bit of a softer feel when walking upon them.

Click lock engineered wood flooring
As well as your more traditional tongue and groove flooring you can also get click lock engineered flooring. Click lock uses modern flooring technology that is offered by all the top flooring manufacturers in the industry today. From domestic hardwood flooring species, such as Oak or Beech to exotic hardwood floors like Walnut, Bamboo flooring or Cherry, homeowners can now find most types of wood species in an easy click lock system.
Click lock flooring installs quickly over an underlay and can be installed over most hard surfaced flooring or sub floors; including concrete without the need for staples/nails or adhesive.
